New Proposal

So my first idea was to show how my life is different when I go from my moms to my dads house but I was thinking this morning there is something more interesting about their divorce. Usually when you think of divorce; you think of two people splitting up and if there is a child involved they sometimes come together for the child's sake until they become older and have their own life. Well my family is really confusing because my mom and dads sides would still be connected even if I wasn't part of it. The two people on the four wheeler are my cousins and they are engaged. Yes that may sound very strange but the guy (David) is on my mom's side of the family and Sarah is from my dad's side. Also, my aunt (my mom's sister) married my dads cousin and had a child so he is my cousin twice basically. Little things like this is why my families would still be connected even if they didn't want to be. I'm not quite sure how I'm going to show this yet but I thought about taking pictures of my cousins when they are at family gatherings on both sides. Although this may be hard cause I'm not sure if there will be any family gatherings before this project is done so I may have to go back to my original plan...

leading questions...

I really like the series of thin by Lauren Greenfield. I like how it shows the lives of many young women today. I found it very interesting that the girls let her in on so much of their lives. This series is journalistic but also has a very interesting artistic view on the lives of teenagers. If I was the young women I would probably be uncomfortable being photographed at first just because of the reason that i'm being photographed but i believe after awhile it would become normal. I don't think I would change anything about the series it have a very strong concept and I think it was put together well. This compares to my life because my cousin is about the same size as some of these girls if not thiner and its a hard thing to go through.
